The calendar is just the start.

Keep briefs, deliverables, and conversations inside each campaign. See how it all fits together on the calendar.

Anatomy of a Block

Each campaign is a Block. Here's what goes inside.

A campaign in Blocks, showing its brief, dates, department owners, Items, and comments. It is a spring collection launch running 4 to 29 March, with its phase and campaign lead, a brief linking to the launch plan, four departments with their owners, and five Items with their own dates: two ticked off as complete, and the launch event opened to show its date, owners and comments. Two comments from the team sit at the bottom.
  1. Name, dates, and colour

Give it a name, set the dates, and pick its colour on the calendar.

  2. Campaign brief

  3. Departments and owners

Show which departments are involved and who's responsible.

  4. Items

The deliverables, each with its own dates, owners, and comments.

  5. Completion

Check off Items as the work gets done.

  6. Comments

Keep the conversation about the campaign with the campaign.

Keep things separate

Give each client or team its own workspace. Share the plan with anyone who needs a look, without adding them to your team.
