Is there a free trial?
There's a free plan instead. Use it for as long as you like, with no card needed. Upgrade when you need more.
Who counts as a paid member?
Every member of your organisation is billed when you upgrade to Team, including the first 5. A team of 6 pays $48 a month, or $432 a year with annual billing.
Do people viewing share links count as paid members?
No. Anyone can view a shared workspace for free, without an account.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and don't include tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and businesses with a valid VAT number usually aren't charged VAT.
What's your refund policy?
You can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days on a monthly plan or 30 days on an annual plan. No refunds after those windows. See our Refund Policy for the details.
